Our introductory weekend offers you the opportunity to get to know the tantra massage ritual from different angles.
To discover what distinguishes a tantra massage from a classic massage? In this tantra massage course you will experience the difference at first hand. In the tantrically decorated temple, body, heart and soul are brought together.
A ‘sacred space’ is created. The whole body is touched in a very attentive and respectful way. Preserving your own boundaries and the ritual framework creates presence and the magic of a whole new world. You will both give and receive a tantric massage.
Physical touch requires a certain degree of presence and communication if it is to be fulfilling and enjoyable for all involved. Some people don’t dare to be physically and emotionally close because they fear that their expectations are too high and they can’t fulfil them at the moment.
Anyone who would like to try out being completely true to themselves and still experience closeness to other people is very welcome. Meditation, dance, movement and, above all, contact and touch nourish the soul and the body. Touching and being touched as well as sensuality can awaken and give rich gifts to all those who open themselves to them.
You have the opportunity to meet different people and to become more aware of your own behaviour/patterns in proximity and distance, to receive feedback and to recognise other participants as mirrors for yourself.
Recognising your own patterns and resolving the resulting, mostly unconscious behaviour patterns, which repeatedly create the same difficult and hurtful situations in encounters and relationships, will be illuminated and clarified at the request of the participants so that opening up to relationships becomes possible again.
